Creative Director

<p class="p2"><span class="s1">As a Creative Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to shape ambitious creative work across campaigns, brand experiences, events, content, film, digital platforms, and experiential activations. This role is open to creatives from either an Art Direction or Copywriting background who combine strong conceptual thinking with strategic clarity, storytelling instincts, and a passion for craft.</span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">You will define and guide creative narratives from brief through execution, collaborating closely with strategists, designers, writers, technologists, filmmakers, producers, and clients to create work that connects emotionally, culturally, and commercially.</span></p>

<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Lead the development of innovative creative ideas and storytelling across campaigns, brand experiences, events, activations, and digital communications.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Translate strategic insight into compelling narratives, concepts, and culturally relevant creative solutions.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Present ideas confidently and persuasively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Work closely with strategy, production, design, technology, and account teams to deliver integrated creative experiences.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Oversee projects from concept through execution, ensuring exceptional creative quality and consistency.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Contribute to experiential and event-led work, including launches, installations, immersive experiences, and cultural moments.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow partnerships organically through creativity and innovation.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Contribute to new business pitches, thought leadership, and creative responses.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Maintain a strong understanding of culture, storytelling, emerging technologies, design, and audience behaviour.</span></li>

<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Proven experience leading creative teams within an agency or multidisciplinary creative environment.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Strong conceptual thinker with expertise in either visual or verbal storytelling.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Deep appreciation for craft, narrative, culture, and experiential creativity.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working across disciplines including design, film, production, strategy, and technology.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Passionate about creating emotionally engaging and culturally resonant work.</span></li>
<li class="li4"><span class="s1">Naturally inspiring leader who motivates teams and elevates creative standards.</span></li>
