At JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, we are looking for a Creative Asset Production Manager to lead and develop our creative asset production across 30 international markets. You will play a key role in ensuring that content is produced efficiently, consistently, and with a clear focus on business results.
This is a position for someone who thrives on creating structure, making decisions, and leading people. You know how to balance creativity with commercial objectives and can confidently bring together creators, marketers, agencies, and stakeholders around a common direction.

You will lead a team of 2 Content Specialists and 3 Creative Video Producers while working closely with creators, influencers, agencies, and colleagues across the business. If you bring dedication, you will meet opportunities to influence, develop, and grow.

You will be responsible for developing and optimising our creative asset production setup to ensure scalable, high\-quality content that supports both brand and business objectives.
Acting as the link between strategy, production, and execution, you will create structure, improve workflows, and ensure that teams and partners can deliver content efficiently across channels and markets.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team of content and video production specialists
- Building and optimising production setups across creators, influencers, agencies, and UGC collaborations
- Translating business priorities and campaign briefs into clear production plans
- Ensuring creative assets meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, and performance objectives
- Driving improvements in workflows, processes, and collaboration across stakeholders
- Securing consistency, quality, and scalability across all creative outputs
- Coordinating multiple projects, markets, and partners while maintaining a strong focus on delivery
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
You are an experienced leader within creative production, content production, campaign production, or a similar field. You combine a strong understanding of content performance with the ability to create structure, prioritise, and make decisions in a fast\-moving environment.
You are comfortable taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and creating clarity when working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has several years of experience in creative asset production, content production, campaign production, or a similar area
- Has direct or indirect leadership experience and enjoys developing people and teams
- Understands how content performs across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Can combine creative thinking with a strong commercial mindset
- Has experience working with creators, agencies, and external production partners
- Works in a structured and organised way while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Are confident making decisions, creating direction, and driving progress across stakeholders
