CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector

<p style="text-align: justify;">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support our client's health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The successful candidate will conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, quality reviews, and provide practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and outstanding care standards.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong> <br><br>In this role, you will:</p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks</li>
<li>Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services</li>
<li>Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
