CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector

<p style="text-align: justify;">We are seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support our client’s health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The successful candidate will conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, and quality reviews, providing practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and deliver outstanding care standards.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks</li>
<li>Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services</li>
<li>Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Social Work England registration</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Eligible to work in the UK</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hold a full UK driving licence</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Post-qualified experience</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</span> </li>
