CQC Consultant - Mock Inspector
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support its client's health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services in Aberdeenshire<span class="overflowed">.</span></span></p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct mock inspections</li>
<li>Carry out compliance audits</li>
<li>Perform quality reviews</li>
<li>Provide practical guidance to services</li>
<li>Support services in achieving and maintaining CQC compliance</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of outstanding care standards</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks</li>
<li>Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services</li>
<li>Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
</ul>
