Reed Education are proud to be working in partnership with a range of welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools across North Wales and the North West, who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams.
We are currently recruiting for a variety of opportunities including day-to-day supply and short-term assignments for sickness cover.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support students to stay engaged and complete set work
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Experience working with young people (education or transferable settings)
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working across different subjects
- A genuine passion for supporting students and education
