As part of our international expansion strategy, we are now launching operations in Ireland and the UK alongside a key local partner, one of the leading players in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead this expansion, build strategic partnerships with major e\-commerce brands and pharmaceutical companies, and drive the growth of our pharmacy network. The Role
Reporting directly to the founders, you will be responsible for launching and scaling LUDA Partners' operations in Ireland and the UK.
Starting from a blank canvas, you will design and execute a structured go\-to\-market strategy focused on pharmacy acquisition, business development, and market growth. You will have full ownership of the country's P\&L and, as the business expands, you will build and lead your own local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic growth plan for Ireland and the UK, with a strong focus on pharmacy acquisition.
- Support and localize marketing initiatives developed by the headquarters in Spain to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain long\-term, profitable relationships with pharmacies, clients, and strategic partners.
- Oversee account management and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent LUDA Partners in industry events, media appearances, and key stakeholder meetings.
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning within the market.
- Monitor, analyze, and report business performance and key growth metrics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C partnerships.
- Lead the development of local operations and team expansion as the business grows.
