Are you ready to lead a high-impact pharmaceutical business at the forefront of patient-centric innovation?

We are partnering with a global healthcare organisation operating across pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, and specialty therapeutics. With a strong heritage in improving patient outcomes and an expanding portfolio that bridges medical devices and pharmaceutical solutions, this is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a growing and evolving UK market.

Base salary £90–110k + bonus + executive package

The Opportunity As Country Manager for the UK, you will take full accountability for the national P&L, leading a cross-functional organisation spanning Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

This is a critical leadership role focused on driving commercial excellence, strengthening market access, and expanding the organisation’s footprint across NHS and private healthcare channels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the UK business strategy across pharmaceutical and combination product portfolios

  • Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share across key therapy areas

  • Building and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams

  • Shaping and executing market access strategies across NHS, ICBs, and key stakeholders

  • Engaging with KOLs, clinicians, and healthcare decision-makers to support adoption and utilisation

  • Identifying new opportunities across product lifecycle, partnerships, and service-led solutions

  • Ensuring alignment between commercial, medical, and regulatory functions

About You You are a strategic and commercially driven leader with a strong grounding in healthcare and a desire to operate within a broader pharmaceutical environment.

We welcome candidates from both pharmaceutical and medical device backgrounds, particularly those with exposure to drug-device combination products, specialty therapeutics, or NHS-facing commercial models.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA advantageous)

  • 10+ years of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, MedTech, or healthcare services

  • Strong understanding of NHS structures, market access, and reimbursement environments

  • Proven success in leading national sales organisations and delivering P&L growth

  • Experience engaging with KOLs, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders

  • A track record of driving strategic change, market expansion, and commercial transformation

  • The ability to operate effectively within complex, regulated healthcare environments

What’s on Offer • A senior leadership role with full strategic ownership of the UK market
  • The opportunity to bridge pharmaceuticals, devices, and integrated healthcare solutions

  • A dynamic, growth-oriented environment with strong international backing

  • Flexible working with exposure to global leadership teams

  • A culture built on innovation, collaboration, and patient impact

This is more than a traditional Country Manager role—it’s an opportunity to lead at the intersection of pharmaceuticals and medical technology, shaping the future of integrated healthcare delivery in the UK.
