- Provide family work, including psychoeducation, family sessions and support for affected others.
- Maintain accurate, timely and secure clinical records in line with professional standards and Care Inspectorate expectations.
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance at all times.
- Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice and continuous professional development.

- Confident working within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to integrated care planning.
- Commitment to trauma\-informed, rights\-based and person\-led practice.
- Familiarity with the MAT Standards, *Rights, Respect and Recovery* and the NES Trauma Framework.
- Experience of working with co\-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
- Training in modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, person\-centred therapy, or trauma\-focused approaches.
- A meaningful role in a service genuinely committed to recovery outcomes.
- Close clinical collaboration with the ANP and wider team.
- Regular clinical supervision and protected time for CPD.
- A supportive, values\-led culture where your professional judgement is respected.
