Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026\.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state\-of\-the\-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the cost cap to ensure full compliance with FIA financial regulations and efficient budget spending.
- Prepare, validate, and execute accurate, timely submissions of all official FIA financial regulations documentation.
- Lead periodic FIA audits and serve as the absolute expert on all cost cap matters.
- Drive robust financial reporting and run strategic simulations to ensure smart cost allocation choices.
- Work directly with technical and operational teams to translate complex cost structures into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to navigate the fast\-paced regulatory landscape.
- Track new developments in FIA financial regulations continuously and proactively evaluate their strategic impact on the team.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in financial analysis or cost controlling, ideally within Formula 1, elite motorsport, or another high\-stakes environment.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, or German financial regulations, with the ability to bridge standard accounting to FIA frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cost engineering, project tracking, and asset management under strict regulatory boundaries.
- Sharp analytical and problem\-solving skills combined with laser\-focused attention to detail.
- Proven track record in cost management and budget optimization.
- Dynamic, passionate team player who takes absolute ownership in a high\-performance environment.
- Expert\-level proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems.
- Professional English is an absolute requirement, and German language skills are a strong plus.
