Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Large Corporate & International Team
Location: City of London - hybrid working model
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + benefits package!
The Role:
As a Large Corporate and International Tax Senior Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio that includes large and international clients, delivering first-class tax compliance and advisory services. You'll help businesses navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and meet their ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing UK compliance cycles, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' needs are exceeded.
- Advising on large and complex issues like Corporate Interest Restriction, corporate residence and permanent establishment risks, tax risk registers and Senior Accounting Officer regime, tax strategy, group restructuring, cross-border transactions, and large corporate matters.
- Being a core member of the LCI service line where you will contribute to strategic and business development plans and be instrumental in training others and raising awareness across the firm of LCI issues
- Mentoring and leading junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Driving growth by identifying tax planning opportunities, mitigating risks, and contributing to proposals for high-value clients.
- ACA, ACCA, CIOT qualified or equivalent
- Corporate tax technical and practical knowledge
- Solid understanding of UK tax regulations that impact large and international businesses
- Strong experience of year-end tax reporting requirements (corporation tax, deferred tax, accounts tax notes etc)
- Knowledge of other business taxes (e.g. VAT, Customs Duty, employment taxes) is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge of UK accounting standards and competent in interpreting accounts and other financial information
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases ·
