Description
Core Responsibilities:

Corporate Tax Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions Credentials:
- Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax and mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
