Corporate Tax Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Maidstone as they search for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team. Working within a supportive and progressive firm, you will manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax compliance and advisory work, while also playing a key role in developing junior members of the team.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax compliance and advisory assignments


• Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff


• Provide tax planning advice to a broad range of owner-managed businesses and corporate clients


• Support business development activities and build strong client relationships


• Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)


• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment


• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation


• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills


• Ability to manage a portfolio independently while supporting team development
