Key Responsibilities • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
- Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations, and tax planning matters
- Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
- Developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of junior members of the tax team
- Contributing actively to business development initiatives and proposal writing
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory work
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments in tax policy
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex matters clearly
- Commercially minded and proactive, with a genuine appetite to contribute to the growth of the firm
