Our client is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their highly regarded Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of UK-headquartered businesses and international groups, supporting them on a wide range of corporate tax matters while developing your advisory and client management skills.

The Role As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients while supporting Managers and Senior Managers on larger engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients on corporate tax matters


• Supporting the delivery of UK corporation tax advisory projects


• Researching technical tax issues and contributing to client advice


• Working closely with specialists across tax disciplines and international teams


• Keeping clients informed of legislative and regulatory developments affecting their businesses


• Assisting with the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services


• Reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members


• Supporting client account management, risk procedures and financial controls


• Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• ACA, CA or CTA qualification (or equivalent)


• Strong UK corporation tax experience gained in practice


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities


• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively


• Experience reviewing and coaching junior staff


• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
