Our client is a Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong corporate practice across the Thames Valley. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2–6 years' PQE to join the Newbury team.

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions


• Private equity and venture capital


• MBOs and corporate restructuring


• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures


• Group reorganisations and share transfers


• Advising entrepreneurs, SMEs and owner-managed businesses

The role offers exposure to quality work across sectors including technology, life sciences, healthcare and professional services, alongside opportunities for client development and progression.

About You

• 2–6 years' PQE in Corporate Law


• Experience across a range of corporate transactions


• Strong drafting and client management skills


• Commercial approach and good communication skills


• Ambition to develop your career and client relationships
