*About You:*
At the heart of this role is the Laings Foundation, the driving force behind our community partnerships and charitable activity across our showroom locations. The CSR Administrator will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Social Responsibility function, helping deliver meaningful social value, sustainability objectives, and community engagement initiatives across multiple sites in the UK. The role combines organised, detail\-focused administration with opportunities to work directly with communities, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role requires someone who is confident representing the Laings Foundation at events, including through public speaking. Flexibility, with notice, is required for attending evening events.
*What awaits you?*
Administrative \& Compliance Support
· Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and CSR Ambassadors (TBC) across the business, helping coordinate sustainability targets and company‑wide CSR objectives.
· Support the delivery of CSR commitments and associated KPI requirements.
· Maintain accurate document control and data management.
Community \& Stakeholder Engagement
· Work collaboratively with local communities to design and deliver impactful social value initiatives.
· Confidently present CSR activities and outcomes to internal teams.
· Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Represent Laings at events, promoting the Laings Foundation and acting as a spokesperson on behalf of the foundation.
CSR Programme Development
· Assist in creating and implementing CSR policies, programmes, and activities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
· Promote employee volunteerism, community involvement, and charitable initiatives across the organisation.
Charity Management
· Manage charity requests and coordinate donations and activities relating to the charities supported by the organisation.
· Manage the sourcing of prizes for Laings charity events.
· Manage, monitor and report on the charity activity budget.
· Maintain strong relationships with charity partners and ensure clear communication on all collaborative initiatives.
· Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of internal fundraising activities.
· Track the impact of charity initiatives and prepare clear reports demonstrating outcomes and community benefits.
· Ensure all charity‑related activities align with the organisation’s CSR strategy and values.
Monitoring, Reporting \& Best Practice
· Support projects with CSR\-related audits, identifying good practice and areas for improvement.
· Track the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and prepare clear, accurate reports demonstrating social impact.
· Ensure transparency and adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards relating to sustainability and CSR practices.
*Attributes and Experience*
· Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and use internal software systems (training provided).
· Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present to varied audiences.
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, naturally able to build relationships with stakeholders in the business and brand partners.
