The Role You'll advise a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to larger regional and national companies, across a varied corporate caseload including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Business sales and acquisitions

- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- General corporate governance and advisory work
About You • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
