Your missions :
Position Overview
As Corporate Instructional Designer you will contribute to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the Group (47 countries). You will work closely with global stakeholders and play an active role in shaping Ceva’s learning culture worldwide.
Key Responsabilities:
Instructional Design \& Learning Experience Creation
- Lead strategic learning projects end\-to\-end, from needs analysis through impact evaluation, by designing innovative, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts and Group stakeholders to identify capability development needs and co\-create high\-value learning solutions.
- Design and implement multimodal learning journeys (classroom, digital, and blended learning), applying best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital learning tools, to enhance the learner experience and maximize training effectiveness.
- Ensure the pedagogical excellence of existing learning content and programs by maintaining their quality, consistency, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group's learning methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
- Stay abreast of learning trends, instructional innovations, and technological advancements to continuously enrich Ceva’s learning and development offering.
- Administer the global LMS: content integration, assignments, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Curate and manage digital content on the LXP to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Produce and manage Learning \& Development dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators and providing clear visibility into learning activities and their impact.
- Design and maintain advanced LMS reporting capabilities to ensure data accuracy, effective tracking of learning journeys, and compliance with Group requirements.
- Analyze learning data and engagement trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources or in instructional engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of Learning \& Development experience, ideally in global or group‑level environments.
- Strong instructional design and learning architecture expertise, able to translate complex needs into effective solutions.
- Experience leading learning projects and administering/optimising LMS/LXP platforms in multi‑regional contexts.
- Ability to define, apply, and improve learning standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Solid learning analytics skills, including KPI definition and effectiveness measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with influence at senior HR and business levels.
- High digital learning maturity across blended, virtual, and asynchronous modalities; interest in learning innovation is a plus.
- Proficient in French and English, comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shift priorities with ease.
