We are looking for a Corporate / Financial Client Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of German corporate clients.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high\-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder coordination across our international teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Support clients on German corporate, financial, and administrative matters
- Coordinate communication between clients, Global Service Centres (GSC), and external parties
- Oversee cash management, payments, and financial flows
- Ensure compliance with German regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Review documentation and ensure proper execution of actions
- Contribute to business development and new client pitches
- Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and service improvements
- Strong knowledge of German corporate and financial services environment
- Experience managing client relationships in a regulated environment
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with international teams and influence outcomes
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality
- Fluent in German and English (required)
