Corporate Finance Partner - M&A & Deal Origination West London - Flexible Working
£135,000-£175,000 + Significant Uncapped Bonus + Equity Potential

We are working with an established independent Corporate Finance advisory business looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Partner as part of its continued growth.

This is a Partner-level opportunity, but they are equally open to speaking with strong Corporate Finance Directors who have built genuine credibility across the mid-market and are ready for the next step.

The opportunity combines deal origination and execution, working directly with entrepreneurial businesses, shareholders and investors across a broad range of mid-market transactions.

You'll have the autonomy to develop your own relationships while working alongside an established advisory team and existing flow of transactions.

Typical work as a Corporate Finance Partner will include:

• Sell-side M&A


• Buy-side acquisitions


• Private equity investment


• Management buyouts and growth transactions


• Advising founders and shareholders through complex transactions


• Developing relationships with business owners, investors, intermediaries and professional advisers


• Originating and converting new mandates


• Leading transactions from initial conversation through to completion


• Supporting the continued growth of the wider Corporate Finance business

Who could suit it? You could currently be:

• A Corporate Finance Director within an accountancy or advisory firm


• A Big 4 or Top 10 M&A / Deals Director


• A senior professional within an independent Corporate Finance boutique


• An experienced M&A adviser with a strong regional or sector network


• A corporate development leader with significant transaction experience and genuinely portable relationships


• Someone already operating at Partner level looking for a more entrepreneurial platform

What matters most is a combination of commercial relationships, transaction credibility and the ability to build trusted relationships with business owners.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly packaged £1m book of business on day one.

They are more interested in understanding the network you have developed, where opportunities naturally come from and what you could build with the right platform around you.

Package £135,000-£175,000 basic salary
