Role Overview
During the 6\-month internship, you will support the preparation and coordination for Holcim’s 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite. In addition, you will be tasked to provide support in other work/projects primarily related to full\-year reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Project coordination for the 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite
- Support with the texting, editing, and proof reading for 2026 Annual Report as well as for the other full\-year reporting materials
- Timeline/deadline management
- Updating and controlling of content in the publishing system
Education / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications
- Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Digitally proficient (publishing tools and google suite)
- Detailed oriented yet able to keep a good overview of the entire project and its different workstreams
- Experience and understanding of accounting and technology is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good command of English and German, spoken and written
- The position offers insights into the processes and work routines within corporate communications in a global corporate environment
- You will work closely with other corporate functions, including finance, sustainability, compensation, human resources, legal, and investor relations, as well as with external suppliers and agencies
