Job Summary:
The Corporate Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales Administration team to support business development, manage key customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service to our corporate leasing and fleet management clients.
Main Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Initiating contact with existing customers and build a strong working relationship.
- Maintain current business and to maximize new business opportunities.
- Providing an efficient and professional response to new sales enquiries from new but mainly existing clients.
- Accurate preparation and timely submission of quotations with full and complete follow up \& reporting.
- Processing of New vehicle orders and accurate completion and filing of standard sales documentation.
- Providing customers with regular updates on delivery dates and arranging collection and delivery of new and end of lease vehicles.
- Arranging formal \& informal extensions of existing leases where appropriate.
- Ensuring that all vehicle mileages are running as per contract and advising customer where a notable variance exists.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure all orders are completed as per the clients specification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive sector, preferably vehicle leasing or fleet management.
- Experience at manufacturer or distributor level would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of industry trends and relevant taxation regulations.
- Proactive, self\-motivated, and results driven.
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency essential.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Proven sales, negotiation, closing, and follow\-up skills.
- Customer\-focused with a solutions\-oriented approach.
- Full, clean driving licence.
