CORE C2C O2B Deployment Manager
(C2C CORE Jr Subject Matter Leader –Order\-to\-bill VS1\.1\)
Main responsibilities:
- Support CORE program team in preparation, implementation and open topics
- Preparing and co\-driving fit\-to\-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries
- Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs
- Conducting exploratory testing
- Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities
- Documenting process
- Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation
- Collaborating with third\-party providers
- Cutover management
- Data migration
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience;
- Experience in Order\-to\-Bill \- order flow, order fulfilment, customer service order oriented activities – preferably from the area of operations
- 5\+ years of experience in Contract\-to\-cash or Supply Chain Management
- English: fluent in speech and writing
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive can\-do attitude
- Advanced MS Office;
- Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
- Willingness and availability to travel
