<p><strong>This Business Solutions Specialist</strong> supports a dedicated portfolio of business units spanning US and international markets, serving as a business-facing, execution-focused role working closely with the Senior Specialist and Architect on larger technical or architectural decisions.</p>
<h4><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your assigned business units' stakeholders</li>
<li>Run requirements-gathering, testing, and feedback sessions with end users and mid-level stakeholders</li>
<li>Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows</li>
<li>Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems, with support from the Senior Specialist/Architect</li>
<li>Support data migrations for assigned business units</li>
<li>Escalate bigger technical or architectural questions rather than solving solo</li>
<li>Identify and develop power users within each business unit who can extend training to their broader team</li>
<li>Run basic training sessions and office hours with end users on using AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork) for their own recurring tasks; gather feedback on adoption</li>
<li>Track adoption/usage of the solutions you support and help report on outcomes</li>
<li>Follow established governance, privacy, and compliance guardrails when building and deploying solutions; escalate questions to the Senior Specialist/Architect</li>
<li>Document your work using established templates and playbooks so patterns can be reused across BUs</li>
<li>Coordinate across time zones with the global team members and stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<h4 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years in business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, and hands-on no-code/low-code platform development and administration in an enterprise setting, building with security and governance in mind rather than quick fixes</li>
<li>Comfortable running point with business unit stakeholders on day-to-day requirements and testing</li>
<li>Solid process-mapping and documentation skills</li>
<li>Tool-agnostic and eager to learn new platforms as needed</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Nice to Have (not required):</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Music industry experience; media &amp; entertainment adjacency a plus</li>
<li>Hands-on Airtable experience (current core platform)</li>
<li>Hands-on A.I. experience using tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, Google Gemini</li>
<li>Interest or early experience coaching end users on self-service AI tool use<br><br></li>
