<p><strong><em>Excel Sports Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).</em></strong></p></div><p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>This role will support daily financial operations by managing transactional processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and effective cross-department communication.</p>

<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting communications by responding to internal and external inquiries and routing requests appropriately</li>
<li>Coordinate employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring financial setup, documentation accuracy, and accountability compliance</li>
<li>Perform accounts payable (AP) data entry, including invoice processing and coding</li>
<li>Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations</li>
<li>Support month-end close activities and prepare basic financial reports</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li>
<li>1–3 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience</li>
<li>Experience with Accounts Payable processing and financial data entry</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li>
<li>High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>The pay range for this position is: $67,500 - $70,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.</strong></p>
