We are currently looking for a Cook for one of our 4\* hotels in Vienna.

What will you be responsible for?

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high\-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards and recipes.


• Supporting breakfast, à la carte, and all\-day dining operations while ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation.


• Ensuring the proper preparation, storage, and handling of ingredients in compliance with food safety regulations.


• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.


• Monitoring stock levels, minimizing food waste, and supporting inventory control procedures.


• Coordinating with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service operations.


• Ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures, food hygiene, and health \& safety regulations.


• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Chef de Partie, or similar role, ideally within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality environments.


• Culinary training or vocational education in Gastronomy, Kitchen Operations, or Hospitality is highly valued.


• Experience in breakfast service and/or à la carte dining will be considered a strong advantage.


• Good knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge is a plus).


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.


• Team player with a proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.


• Basic English communication skills are essential; Hungarian and/or additional languages will be considered an advantage.


• Availability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
