Easyplants groeit hard. Daardoor komen er steeds meer containers binnen en wordt een strak georganiseerd inboundproces steeds belangrijker.

Wij zoeken daarom een Coördinator Inkomende Goederen \& Containerlossing: iemand die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het volledige proces rondom binnenkomende containers.

Van het moment dat een container arriveert tot het moment dat de goederen zijn gelost, gecontroleerd, ingeboekt en op de juiste plek staan: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat het tempo erin blijft.

Je werkt zelf actief mee, maar je kijkt tegelijkertijd continu vooruit. Je bepaalt wat er moet gebeuren, stemt werkzaamheden af met collega's en zorgt dat er geen onnodige stilstand ontstaat.

Een goede en snelle beheersing van de heftruck is daarom een harde vereiste.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor het snel, veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van de inkomende goederenstroom.

Bij iedere container zorg jij ervoor dat:

Container arriveert → team staat klaar → lossen → controleren → inboeken → intern verplaatsen → container vrij.

Je bewaakt dit hele proces en grijpt in wanneer het tempo of de planning dreigt te vertragen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je plant en coördineert inkomende containers;


• Je stemt aankomst en planning af met transporteurs en collega's;


• Je zorgt dat de juiste mensen en het juiste materieel klaarstaan voordat een container wordt gelost;


• Je werkt zelf actief mee tijdens het lossen;


• Je bestuurt de heftruck snel, veilig en behendig;


• Je zorgt dat goederen direct worden gecontroleerd en verwerkt;


• Je lost ad\-hoc problemen tijdens het proces zelfstandig op;


• Je houdt de inboundzone veilig, netjes en georganiseerd;


• Je signaleert verbeteringen en denkt actief mee over hoe we containers nog sneller en efficiënter kunnen verwerken;

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken iemand die tempo, overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid kan combineren.

Je:

• hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de logistiek;


• hebt ruime ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck;


• beschikt over een geldig heftruckcertificaat;


• bent fysiek fit en vindt actief magazijnwerk geen probleem;


• kunt goed onder tijdsdruk werken;


• ziet werk liggen en wacht niet af;


• durft collega's aan te spreken en werkzaamheden te coördineren;


• kunt snel schakelen wanneer de planning verandert.

Belangrijk

Dit is geen functie waarbij je alleen de heftruck bestuurt en opdrachten uitvoert.

We zoeken iemand die het volledige proces overziet en denkt:

"Deze container moet zo snel mogelijk leeg, verwerkt en opgeruimd zijn. Hoe gaan we dat voor elkaar krijgen?"

Kort gezegd: jij zorgt ervoor dat een container binnenkomt en zo snel mogelijk weer van de vloer verdwenen is.

Inbound Goods \& Container Unloading Coordinator

Can you make sure a container is not just unloaded, but emptied and fully processed as quickly as possible?

Easyplants is growing rapidly. As a result, we are receiving more and more containers, making a well\-organized and efficient inbound process increasingly important.

We are therefore looking for an Inbound Goods \& Container Unloading Coordinator — someone who takes responsibility for the entire process surrounding incoming containers.

From the moment a container arrives until the goods have been unloaded, checked, entered into the system and placed in the correct location: you keep an overview and make sure the operation keeps moving at a high pace.

You will be actively involved in the physical work yourself, while continuously looking ahead. You determine what needs to be done, coordinate tasks with your colleagues and make sure there is no unnecessary downtime.

Being able to operate a forklift quickly, safely and confidently is therefore an essential requirement for this position.

Your Responsibility

You will be responsible for ensuring that the inbound goods flow runs quickly, safely and efficiently.

For every container, you make sure the process runs smoothly:

Container arrives → team ready → unloading → checking → processing → internal movement → container cleared.

You oversee the entire process and step in whenever the pace or planning is at risk of slowing down.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate incoming containers;


• Coordinate arrival times and planning with transport companies and colleagues;


• Make sure the right people and equipment are ready before a container is unloaded;


• Actively participate in the unloading process;


• Operate the forklift quickly, safely and confidently;


• Make sure goods are checked and processed immediately;


• Independently solve unexpected problems that arise during the process;


• Keep the inbound area safe, clean and well organized;


• Identify opportunities for improvement and actively think about how we can unload and process containers even faster and more efficiently.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can combine speed, overview and responsibility.

You:

• Have proven experience in logistics;


• Have solid experience operating a forklift;


• Hold a valid forklift certificate;


• Are physically fit and comfortable with active warehouse work;


• Can work well under time pressure;


• Are proactive and don't wait to be told what needs to be done;


• Are comfortable coordinating tasks and addressing colleagues when necessary;


• Can quickly adapt when plans or priorities change.

Important

This is not a position where you simply drive a forklift and follow instructions.

We are looking for someone who sees and takes ownership of the entire process and thinks:

*"This container needs to be emptied, processed and cleared as quickly as possible. How are we going to make that happen?"*

In short: you make sure that when a container arrives, it is off the warehouse floor again as quickly as possible.
