Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner

A highly reputable, multi service law firm in Cheadle is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, ideally qualified to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-structured firm that offers strong support, low volume caseloads, fantastic culture / work life balance and an market leading bonus scheme.

  • Hybrid working – 2 days from home after probation

  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

The Role
  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

  • Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters

  • Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let (Not essential)

  • Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression

  • Maintain a high level of client care

  • Work within a structured and well-supported property department

The Candidate
  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner

  • Ability to manage a residential caseload independently from inception to completion

  • Capable of managing 60-70 files from start to finish

  • Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude
