Conveyancing Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing team in Rugeley, Staffordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working of 1 to 2 days from home, a highly competitive bonus scheme and the chance to join a firm known for its excellent culture and staff retention.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with dedicated one-to-one support throughout. Our client will also consider a small team move for this conveyancer to bring their current assistant. Matters will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Transfers of equity


• Remortgages


• New build transactions


• Shared ownership matters

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer seeking autonomy, progression and long-term career stability within a supportive firm.

About You

To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you will ideally have:

• At least 4 years’ PQE or equivalent experience - must be qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor


• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload


• The ability to work with minimal supervision


• Strong client care and communication skills
