About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client, a well-established legal firm based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.


• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and title deeds.


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.


• Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files effectively.


• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.


• Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
