Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Wincanton, Somerset

Salary: £24,000–£32,000 DOE

A well-established Somerset law firm is seeking a proactive and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy property team.

The successful candidate will support fee earners in managing a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Duties will include preparing legal documentation, carrying out searches, liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders, and assisting with the progression of files from instruction through to completion.

Applicants should have previous conveyancing or legal support experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail. Experience within a residential property department is desirable.
