Overview

My client is expanding and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and effective time management to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.


• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.


• Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues affecting the transaction.


• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


• Liaise with mortgage lenders and other financial institutions to facilitate the smooth progression of transactions.


• Maintain comprehensive records of all correspondence and documentation related to each case.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conveyancing or a related field is preferred.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.


• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively.


• Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.


• Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to conveyancing processes.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
