Conveyancing Assistant

A well-established Central London law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm that offers genuine career development.

The successful candidate will support fee earners across a range of residential conveyancing matters, including opening and closing files, preparing legal documentation, ordering searches, liaising with clients and third parties, and assisting with completions, SDLT submissions, and Land Registry applications.

To be considered, you should have previous experience in a residential conveyancing support role, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload.

In return, the firm offers a salary of up to £28,000, a friendly and collaborative working environment, and excellent long-term career prospects.
