Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

• Low Volume Caseload - 50 files max


• Dedicated assistant, post comp and new business team


• Liverpool City Centre


• Salary £35k - £55k depending on experience and level of PQE


• Hybrid - 2 days home, 3 days office


• 25 Days annual leave + Christmas + Bank Holidays


• Bonus Scheme up to £9k per annum

• Manage a caseload of no more than 50 files


• Deal with a mix of Freehold and Leasehold, Sale, Purchase and New Build files


• Ability to deal with your own Title Checks


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients


• Deal with, respond to and raise enquires

• Possess a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience in a conveyancing role


• Experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion


• Have excellent attention to detail


• Have the ability to build strong client relationships


• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
