Our organization is a real estate company, acting as long\-term investor, developer, fund manager, and property manager. We continuously expand our portfolio, which also includes data centre (DC) projects.

Today, Goodman is looking for a Controls analyst to join the Compliance and Risk teams.

Goodman's business is growing rapidly. As a result, there is an increased need to monitor and assess the operations of the various teams across Continental Europe and to provide increased visibility on risk exposure, and more reassurance that processes and policies are duly respected.

The Controls Analyst will play a key role in increasing such visibility and reassurance. The role is based in Luxembourg, but will have a wide exposure to all of Goodman's operations in Continental Europe.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to

• Internal audit performance \& assurance support

+ Assist in planning and execute assurance reviews, including control testing, documentation, and reporting to management;
+ Monitor and follow\-up on timely resolution of actions identified during internal audits;
+ Assist the Compliance team with testing processes and policies and provide training thereon.

• Documentation of the internal control environment

+ Work with teams to embed controls into their day\-to\-day processes (including system workflows where applicable)
+ Establish a list controls to support a robust control environment in collaboration with various teams
+ Collaborate with risk manager and internal auditor to get to one unified "risks and controls matrix" per team

• Metrics analytics:


• + Project management of metrics projects;

+ Engage with other teams across the organisation (through their metrics coordinators) to ensure determination and assessments of operational and compliance metrics are kept relevant and up to date;
+ Analyse data ensuring reliability and quality of the metrics assessments;
+ Prepare reporting and insights on the results of the metrics assessments for the Audit, Risk \& Compliance Committee.

Do you recognize yourself?

• You bring a first experience in compliance, audit or risk.


• If you are familiar with Real Estate, Infrastructure Industry and/or if you were involved in internal IT audits, that is a big plus.


• Fluent in English.


• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Automation Finance, Risk Management or similar.


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with attention to detail


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar tools)

Successful candidates will be subject to a screening procedure and will be requested to provide a criminal certificate.
