Contracts Manager

£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Ideally located: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Weston-super-Mare, Newport, Cardiff, etc.

Are you a Contracts Manager from a Construction or Facilities background, looking to get on board with a company where you can further your career through excellent training and progression prospects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful team, where you will work on a variety of exciting projects and play a key role in the company's ongoing contracts.

The company have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have cemented themselves as the go to supplies for businesses all over the Southwest, they are now looking for an additional Contracts Manager to aid their success.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for facilities works, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on current and new contracts.

This role would suit someone with experience in estimating construction or maintenance projects, looking to join a forward-thinking company offering genuine career development and training opportunities.

The Role:

  • Preparing quotations and cost estimates for a range of facilities and construction projects

  • Working with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Monday to Friday (Covering Bristol and Surrounding areas)

The Candidate:
  • Experienced in Facilities Management or construction industry

  • Experienced in Project Management

  • Looking to grow and develop with a company
