Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team for upcoming and ongoing residential projects based in Tipperary.
You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied residential projects throughout the Tipperary area. These roles are full\-time and offer long\-term career opportunities with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure safe delivery on programme, within budget, and to handover requirements
- Oversee construction activities including programme management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and H\&S regulations
- Lead site meetings, monitor progress, manage variations, and maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Liaise with design, commercial, procurement, and senior management teams to ensure effective project delivery and staffing coordination
- Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3\+ years in a Contracts Manager role with a main contractor
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge with ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Proactive, and solutions\-focused with strong organisational and multi\-project management ability
