We are looking to hire a Contracts Manager who will provide contract negotiation and administration to support the delivery of contractual obligations for projects across Europe.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Support contract management for the European region, including Spain and broader European markets.


• Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including commercial supply agreements, Service Agreements, and Amendments.


• Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database


• Develop the ability to learn Nextpower’s commercial risk profile, understand how to adapt content to mitigate risks, and help develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business


• Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation,

coordinate business and legal approval and obtain appropriate signatures.

• Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of

contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance

• Coordinate with clients regarding industry standards


• Support Project Managers with any contractual issues


• Report the status of current contract processes to management


• Resolve any existing contract conflicts


• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development

and negotiation stages.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 6\+ years of experience in contracts management.


• Attention to detail and a zero\-defect mindset.


• Self\-motivated with persistence to follow up with all required stakeholders to

closure.

• Open minded and highly collaborative with teams across functions and regions.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS office products


• Eligibility to work in Spain.


• English and Spanish (C1/C2\)

Here is some of what you’ll need (valued):

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.


• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
