We are looking for a Superuser Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse Control System.

How you create impact
-------------------------

• Ensure stable operation, testing, installation, and release management of WMS/WCS applications.


• Train, support, and troubleshoot for operational and administrative users.


• Define, create, and monitor reports/queries to improve operational visibility and performance.


• Collaborate with IT, IS functions, solution providers, and helpdesks on systems and projects.


• Lead and manage IS\-related projects, including new functionalities and customer implementations.


• Act as main IS escalation contact for warehouse operations and liaison to third parties/providers.


• Analyze KPIs and optimize WMS/WCS parameters to meet customer requirements and improve output.


• Drive customer\-focused improvements, change requests, and ensure strong cross\-team communication.

• IT\-related education or relevant experience in an IT environment.


• 1–2 years of independent IT application administration experience.


• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes from inbound to shipping.


• Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects; EDI knowledge is a plus.


• Highly organized, self\-motivated, and administratively strong.


• Analytical, structured, and detail\-oriented working approach.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with ability to work independently.


• Proficient in MS Office with good English and Dutch language skills.
