Kuehne\+Nagel is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Contract Logistics Site Manager in Siziano (PV). The Healthcare logistics center in Siziano is a multi\-client platform with approximately 100 FTEs (30 in the office and 70 in the warehouse).

In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing operations of the site. As Site Manager, you will lead the facility toward operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, overseeing change management, ensuring exceptional client support, managing budgets, and spearheading people development initiatives

Warehouse operations

• Lead the Operations in the management of day\-to\-day activities within the warehouse.


• Ensure that customer needs and requirements are consistently met while maintaining high service standards.


• Optimizing the utilization of space, equipment, and labour.


• Set and coordinate the implementation of the site's annual plan, focusing on service excellence, operational efficiency and cost control.


• Engaging with team members at all levels to foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture.


• Manage human and economic resources effectively to drive success in the new facility.

• Proactively identify and pursue improvement opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous process innovation.


• Implement best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Lead by example, support team members in achieving their career goals, foster adequate work\-life balance, and reduce work\-related stress.


• Commit every day to talent retention and employee engagement.


• Demonstrate high respect for diversity and take all possible actions to embrace different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, ensuring equitable treatment.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience at a comparable level.


• A background in managing temperature\-controlled healthcare logistics in accordance with GxP regulations is preferred.


• Fluency Italian and English language.


• Proven experience in warehouse and fulfillment center management with direct workforce management


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.


• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
