We are looking for an Inventory Specialist who ensures accurate stock management for our Contract Logistics operations, combining strong analytical skills with proactive customer communication.

As the Contract Logistics Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory management for specific customers in order to ensure accurate inventory levels. You ensure proactive and correct communication with the customer.
How you create impact

• Reporting on and interpreting stock data, and communicating these analyses to management and customers.


• Initiating preventive controls and following up on results.


• Maintaining continuous communication with customers regarding ongoing inbound issues, customer complaints, and related corrective actions.


• Managing the scrap process and the cycle count process.


• Identifying issues and improvement opportunities in stock management, performing in\-depth root cause analyses, proposing strong improvement actions, and partially implementing improvements yourself.


• Acting as one of the operational points of contact for stock management for colleagues within Operations, as well as Planning and Customer Service.


• Actively contributing to the organization, execution, and analysis of wall\-to\-wall inventories.

• Strong proficiency in English and Dutch, combined with solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, and strong numerical capability.


• The ability to create clear, accurate, and structured reports to support decision‑making.


• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risks and improvement opportunities.


• Clear and confident communication skills when working with customers and internal stakeholders.


• Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.


• A proactive, solution‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.


• A collaborative team spirit, contributing to engagement and effective teamwork.
