Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Advisor (contract)

Location: UK Hybrid \- any Deloitte office location (London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham). Travel to London on 29 June\-1st July and 27\-29 July. Travel to Manchester on 3\-5 August.

Duration: 2 months (with potential to extend)

Contract Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We’re looking for an Recruitment Advisor to support support the delivery of our Early Careers programmes during peak delivery period. You will play a key role in fostering future talent for Deloitte by identifying and attracting high\-potential students for our programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and delivering high\-volume recruitment from an Early Careers background and knowledge of Early Identification (EID) programmes.

About the role

This role will support the delivery of Early Identification (EID) and Student Vocation Scheme (SVS) programmes. Key activities include the execution of the SVS in\-person induction for c.500 students, delivery of ASPIRE and Career Shapers work insight programmes (c.300 students), the launch of the Explore Work programme and support for the Step into Summer audit programme.

Responsibilities* Programme Management: Lead end\-to\-end delivery of EID programmes, including demand planning, recruitment, delivery and participant conversion.

  • Candidate Experience: Provide coaching and support throughout the candidate journey to drive engagement and maximise conversion.

  • Stakeholder \& Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage pipelines, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless programme delivery.

  • Event Delivery: Plan and execute high\-quality events, managing logistics, venues and vendors to create impactful experiences.

  • Programme analysis: Analyse programme data, track ROI and outcomes and refine content in partnership with learning teams to enhance effectiveness.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Must have experience in managing and delivering high\-volume recruitment within Early Careers

  • Must have an understanding of Early Identification (EID) programmes

  • Must have experience of managing and delivering programmes and events including logistics and operations

  • Stakeholder Management: Able to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision\-making

  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. presentation, written and verbal),

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link individual tasks to broader objectives

  • Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data, identify trends and meaningful conclusions to inform recruitment strategies
Deliverables:
  • Delivery of Early Identification Programmes (e.g. ASPIRE, Career Shapers): Successfully manage and deliver assigned Early ID programmes, including recruitment support, event execution, and post\-programme conversion activities, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and candidate volume targets.

  • SVS Programme Support \& Management: Provide end\-to\-end support for SVS programmes, including programme execution, intern onboarding and offboarding, administrative activities, stakeholder coordination and delivery support across all programme elements. Support with offer calls and keep warm activity.

  • Programme Analysis \& Reporting: Conduct post\-programme wash\-ups and analysis, including feedback reviews, performance insights and reporting on outcomes to inform continuous improvement and future programme delivery.
