  • Support definition of future-state reporting requirements, working closely with business stakeholders and the wider programme.

  • Map legacy reporting outputs to target-state data models and reporting solutions (CRM-native and data-platform-derived).

Stakeholder & Delivery Support
  • Act as a bridge between business SMEs, data engineers, and data architects, ensuring shared understanding and accurate translation of requirements.

  • Support validation and sign-off of documented logic and requirements with business and BAT stakeholders.

  • Contribute to impact analysis, dependency mapping, and delivery planning for the data migration workstream.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on data-heavy or enterprise migration programmes.

  • Strong data analysis skills, including understanding of: • Relational databases and SQL

  • Data models and schemas

Data Architects
  • Business SMEs

  • Excellent documentation skills, producing clear, structured, and auditable artefacts.

Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or major system replacements.

Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Azure, cloud data platforms).
  • Experience with SSRS or similar enterprise reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with Common Data Models, master data, or “single view” concepts.

  • Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.

Personal Attributes

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working with incomplete documentation.
Strong communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pragmatic and delivery-focused, with an understanding of trade-offs in legacy replacement programmes.
