Contract Administrator
Due to continuing business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a contract administrator to join the electrical department at Hewer Facilities Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The key responsibilities within this role, is to be the administrator for designated contracts and contract managers, to support the smooth operation of the electrical department, to include, but not limited to \-
- Making \& taking phone calls, passing on messages and dealing with customer requests
- Daily planning and scheduling of engineers, to cover planned and responsive works, working closely with the contract managers to ensure all is in order for these works to go ahead smoothly
- Updating and maintaining our in house working platform, and other mediums, such as training programmes
- Completing weekly updates, KPI's and monthly valuations, as well as attending regular client meetings
- Working amongst a team to support wider department
- Preparing and sending appointment letters
- Coordinating the hire/off hire of site equipment
- Raising of purchase orders via SAGE
- Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records
- General administrative duties, such as typing, invoicing, scanning and saving
- Use of various Microsoft software and inhouse systems
- General day to day running of contracts ensuring all client requirements are met
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Excellent working knowledge of computer software packages particularly those in Microsoft i.e., Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Accurate typing skills with a focus on speed and efficiency
- Ability to work within a team and also use own initiative
- Organised and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Will possess a positive, can do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team
- Experience of working to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures
- Experience of recording and processing data
- Experience of using various IT software's
Pay: £26,500\-£28,500 per year
