Responsibilities

- Proven experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to fire safety equipment or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead cross\-departmental projects effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to fire safety is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in buisness or IT.
