Responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects across various departments.


• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to promote best practices.


• Utilize tools like root cause analysis and CAD software to support process enhancements.


• Drive initiatives that improve safety standards and operational performance.


• Monitor progress and report on the impact of improvement strategies.


• Foster a culture of innovation and proactive problem\-solving.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental policies.

• Proven experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles.


• Strong analytical skills with expertise in root cause analysis.


• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.


• Mechanical knowledge relevant to fire safety equipment or manufacturing processes.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to lead cross\-departmental projects effectively.


• Knowledge of industry standards related to fire safety is a plus.


• Degree or diploma in buisness or IT.
