Location : The role is based in Paris, and requires international travel,
Reporting Structures: Reports directly to the Industrial PMO and Continuous Improvement Manager
Context
The business group Pwr\-T is going through a deep transformation, covering all core functions of the organization.
The transformation is structured around two main axis:
- Project selectivity, aimed at optimizing the portfolio risk and improving the as\-sold margin profile (SHIFT project modelling)
- Execution excellence, focused on maximizing margins at project delivery stage (ReWire program)
value proposition and differentiation in the market.
Purpose
The role is to provide methodological and operational support within Pwr\-T Industrial team to ensure the execution of the strategic plan
- Assist managers in the plants and laboratories in the delivery of strategic initiatives, especially through data analysis and the use of lean management practices / methodologies and identify improvement opportunities
- Take the lead of workstreams of specific projects, identify priorities, coordinate actions
rigorous and harmonized process management.
Areas of responsibility
Transformation :Define targeted action plans and support their effective implementation
- Continuous improvement in Pwr\-T plants and laboratories* Identify performance improvement opportunities through data and process analysis
- Enhance operational performance, cross\-functional collaboration and process efficiency
- Project management* Support managers in the Industrial team in delivering key strategic and operational initiatives
- Key Interfaces
- Pwr\-T BG
- All departments within Industrial organization (manufacturing, testing, accessories, QHSE, HR, ..)
- Expected Results
- Assist on the achievement of the transformation objectives, to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure the efficient execution of some transformation initiatives
- Required Skills and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Technical skills
- Lean/continuous improvement skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership/Teamwork
- Potential to lead small projects or teams, is well respected/or easily accepted by peers, builds solution incorporating opinions of the key stakeholders.
