We are seeking a creative and data\-driven Content Strategy Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of our content initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content strategies that align with business goals, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals


• Plan, create, and manage high\-quality content across blogs, social media, email, and websites


• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform content decisions


• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency


• Optimize content using SEO best practices to increase visibility and traffic


• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly


• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content


• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging content formats

• Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role


• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills


• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization


• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)


• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)


• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)


• Understanding of buyer personas and customer journey mapping
