About Rethink/Undo & the Role
Are you a master of post-production and a pro behind the lens? Do you want to help lead the visual identity of Europe’s premier tattoo removal brand? If so, this might be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
During 2026, Rethink & Undo are joining forces under one unified brand. Our mission is to change the perception of tattoos as something permanent. Currently, we are the market leader in Scandinavia (12 clinics under the Rethink brand) and the Netherlands (6 clinics), with a dedicated team of 40 people.
We are growing fast. Our ambitious plan is to scale from 18 to more than 60 clinics by 2029, expanding further into the UK, Germany, and Belgium. As our Content Producer, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, responsible for making our brand come to life and driving growth across the entire customer journey.
Your Base and Team
You will work hybrid from our office in Stockholm with regular travel to our European clinics to capture content and ensure brand alignment.
Creative tasks are currently shared across the team and external partners. You will be one of our first dedicated creative hires, giving you a unique opportunity to shape our visual identity and culture from the ground up. You will report to Anton (Head of Growth) and collaborate closely with Sera (COO) and the rest of the team.
In this role, you will:
Execute: Own the end-to-end production pipeline—shooting, directing, and editing high-quality video content for marketing channels, our website, and internal training.
Direct: Act as the "eye" on the ground, directing talent and clinic staff to capture authentic, high-polish moments.
Scale: Develop and maintain a library of scalable visual assets that align with brand guidelines for international use.
Collaborate: Work with local teams to ensure creative assets resonate in different cultural contexts.
Manage: Oversee productions and execute campaigns as well as provide creative direction for external partners when needed.

What we are looking for
Technical Mastery: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, lighting, and high-end post-production.
Efficiency & Speed: You are a master of your workflow. You know how to get the shot quickly and turn around edits with precision.
Experience: At least 5–7 years in a creative production role, preferably within the aesthetic, cosmetic, health, or lifestyle sectors.
A "Hands-on" Mentality: You thrive on execution. You switch effortlessly between directing a scene and diving deep into the edit.
Communication: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, or other European languages is a major plus.
Flexibility: You are excited about traveling to current and future markets to build our visual library.
