Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full\-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e\-commerce products, services, and industry standards


• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks


• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines


• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency


• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

• Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)


• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight


• Solid understanding of e\-commerce platforms and industry practices


• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods


• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday \- Sunday, 24/7\)


• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision\-making.
